We just returned from a long over due vacation. We haven't taken our kids on vacation in over 2 years and boy we needed it! It was fun because it was also Jordan's 17th birthday and all she wanted was to go to Disneyland. We had a great time, but also we missed Randi since this was the first time we have went anywhere without her since she is married now. :( Some highlights of our trip...MacKenzie being able to sleep in a bed for the first time, since Randi and Jordan also got the bed and made her sleep on the floor...My friend Candace and her family were there also and it was fun to spend time with them....Howard got to go to the beach for a few hours...We decided "stroller people" feel like they own the walkways....Howard got to see 'backstage' during a busy time and got in trouble for taking a picture (disney secrets exposed!)..ha ha. It was great but always glad to be back home (except for the laundry!)
Oh, the dreaded after vacation laundry!!! NO fun at all!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad you had a fun trip :) Tell Kenzie congrats for making it to big girl status by having a bed to sleep in while on vacation :)

ReplyDeleteStrollers and people using the electric wheelchairs! Some of those people drive so fast through the crowds! When we were there at Christmas time we had to take a "backstage" way out too, though I didn't think to take any pictures! Did they confiscate the camera??? :)
